Consultations

A consultation helps us understand the idea before locking in an appointment. Please send reference images, placement, size, style direction, and any budget range that helps the artist plan honestly.

Pricing

Tattoo pricing depends on size, placement, detail, style, time, and whether the piece is a cover-up or rework. We usually quote a range so there is realistic wiggle room before the final design is built.

Deposits

Deposits hold appointment time and go toward the final tattoo price. Deposits protect the artist's time, including drawing, planning, communication, and reserved schedule space.

Deposit amounts can vary by project size, artist, time needed, and appointment type. Larger or repeated rescheduled projects may require a larger deposit.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24-48 hours notice whenever possible. We allow reschedules with proper notice so the schedule stays fair for clients and artists.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated reschedules may require a new or larger deposit before booking again.

Cover-ups and reworks

Cover-ups and reworks usually cost more and take more time because the artist has to design around what is already in the skin. Clear photos and an open mind help us give better guidance.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome when artists have room in the day. For custom work, medium-size tattoos, larger projects, or cover-ups, booking ahead is usually the better move.

Guests and children

We want every appointment to be comfortable and focused. Please avoid bringing extra guests or children unless approved ahead of time. Extra movement, interruptions, and crowded work areas can affect the appointment.

Before your appointment

• Arrive clean, on time, and ready to sit for the piece.
• Bring a valid ID if required for your service.
• Eat beforehand and stay hydrated.
• Tell your artist if you have questions, concerns, or need a break.
